Returns Policy:

• We accept returns received within 14 days of the original purchase.

• Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and unopened in their original product packaging.

• While the amount of the product purchased is fully refunded, the original shipping charge is not refundable. In that case, the customer is expected to send the products to Areum Square through Pathao or any other preferred delivery party, the delivery charge is to be paid by the customer to the delivery party in order to return the purchased products.

Shipping Policy:

 

• Currently shipping is only done within Dhaka city and is in the process of systemizing shipping to other provinces of Bangladesh as well. When you place an order, shipping delivery is BDT 60 added to the product desired to purchase.

• Shipping usually takes 1-4 business days for the customer to receive purchased product(s).
